AJ McGrew gives the best tours of the lovely communities known as Vie Village and the quaint town of McLean, Virginia! He gave two detailed and interesting tours of their homes which are lovely inside and out! This community was definitely designed with the best for aging seniors need. I will have no trouble at all, referring friends, family, and clients to any of these three lovely Assisted Living homes.

After more than a decade in senior living and experience across 15 states, I can confidently say that VIE Village is one of the most impressive residential home living communities I’ve ever encountered. From its thoughtful design to the way it captures the feel of a larger community within an intimate setting, it truly stands apart. Every detail reflects warmth and intention—it looks beautiful, smells inviting, and radiates comfort. The choice of white sofas alone says so much about their confidence in cleanliness and care! Even more impressive are the exceptional staff-to-resident ratio and the remarkable employee retention—clear indicators of a community that values both its residents and its team. If you’ve ever considered senior living for a loved one but prefer a smaller, more personal environment, you absolutely must visit VIE Village. It feels like home in every sense of the word.

The VIE Village is a wonderful, assisted living home. It is in a lovely residential neighborhood and sits on a corner lot of a cul-de-sac. As you enter the home, a visiting parlor/reception area greets. Though the home was specially designed to meet the needs of residents, private rooms/suites, common areas, therapy gym, theater room, fully accessible showers, and elevator- it does not resemble an assisted living facility! It is beautifully decorated, but most impressive- the cohesive staff. The comradery, passion, and dedication to the house and residents was palpable. When you have happy and dedicated staff, you can trust that the care is amazing. I would recommend VIE Village to my friends, family, and you! You must check it out!

Vie Village is a BEAUTIFUL community! It provides a welcoming atmosphere, spacious layouts, and bright warming colors that promote cognitive stimulation for their residents. The facility offers an upscale living environment which includes areas ergonomically set for comfortable living, huge modern bathrooms in every suite, elevator assistance, and an entertainment level for parties, events or activities. Beautifully designed with an upscale, "at- home" feel! The courteous staff is dedicated to their resident needs, and it shows. AJ is an exceptional Director! I recommend Vie Village to anyone looking for a home for their loved ones! You'll be happy and relieved you did!
