Vienna Manor Assisted Living

Vienna Manor is a well run professional and very client friendly assisted residential living home. For the first time in several years I had peace of mind that my Mom was being taken good care of and happy in her surroundings. The staff became like family to my Mom and our family providing home prepared meals, daily activities and a beautiful residence for Mom. I will always be grateful to Vienna Manor for the care and happiness provided to her.

Vienna manor is the most wonderful assisted living place. The staff is not only professional but the most loving and caring caretakers. The homes are beautifully appointed and well maintained. My mother is so happy here!

I had checked out several assisted living facilities when I first visited Vienna Manor’s Oakton group home and knew immediately it was where I wanted my 90 year old mother to live. The house is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and the staff are genuinely nice/caring. Anytime I visited my mother there she was immaculately dressed and happy. Her room and bathroom were always spotless. The food is all home cooked and they work hard at keeping the residents entertained with daily happy hours as well as music and family events. My only regret was not finding out about Vienna Manor sooner.

Our mother recently passed away from dementia. She spend the last several years residing at Vienna Manor V. She was one of the 1st residents to move in. The best decision my family made was moving her there. It's a very cozy home with only 8 residents. The staff is wonderful, loving and very caring of all of the residents. We all became one big family. The home is very cheerful. They decorate for all kind of holidays and events. She truly enjoyed the last years of her life there and we were all so happy she was there. My mom spent the last year and a half of her life at Vienna Manor after leaving a different facility that was problematic. The Vienna Manor staff were all amazing, they treated mom with such love, care, patience and respect. The house is a warm and lovely home, kept immaculately clean, the food was always good (that was very important to mom), and the women who work there treated not just mom, but mom's children and grandchildren with plenty of TLC. If I have another loved one in need of memory care, I would not even check out other options, I would move them to a Vienna Manor home without any concerns.
