VIEW AT PINE RIDGE II (THE)

My family member who was there experienced neglect. This place should be investigated and shut down. Because this is owned by private equity, their bottom line is PROFIT, not the welfare of their residents. The staff is untrained and unhappy, and the woman running the place has ridiculous rules that make the residents miserable. For example, she does not allow one particular kind of restraining wheelchair because it "doesn't look nice". Just to repeat this, we recently moved our family member OUT OF THIS PLACE after they experienced neglect. Do not leave your family members in the "care" of The View at Pine Ridge.

My parents have had a very good experience so far at Pine Ridge Assisted Living. Nice attentive staff, good food, and very nice facility. Have been responsive to any issue or concern.

The view at pine ridge is an awful assistant living home, I would never put one of my loved ones in here. Care givers abuse the residents mentally and physically and once brought up to administration, nothing is done about it. If you don’t care about your loved ones at all then the view at pine ridge is the place for you ! Not just a disgruntled employee... I’m just letting everyone know the truth instead of listening to the 5 reviews of people who all work there and of course will stick up for their job. Not everyone at the view is awful, just how everything is ran and handled is like dealing with a bunch of children. The residents are NOT the first priority and aren’t treated like they should be.. instead the administration at the view at pine ridge decides it’s ok to “hide” residents when there is a tour coming through.. and they think it’s ok to be little the residents and treat them like their babies instead of the adults they are. The view at pine ridge is NOT for your loved ones and that’s just a fact.

Disgruntled employees should not be allowed to write reviews. In my experience, the View at Pine Ridge is a beautiful, caring, like home atmosphere. I can only hope to be fortunate enough to live out my golden years in a great place like this.

The Veiw at Pine Ridge is an outstanding place to call home for loved ones with memory and or assisted living help. My grandparents have recently moved in and they have never had so much socialization before they came here. They are very active with participating in activities and making new friends.
