My deepest appreciation goes to Villa Nora, for their outstanding care for my grandmother. The environment is warm, spotless, and secure. Special thanks to Miriam, whose personalized care and respect for my grandmother were second to none. They offer engaging activities, healthy meals, and have fantastic communication. Highly recommend it!

Relative at this facility was malnourished and neglected. Our relative during "THERE" unfortunate stay at this facility was taken supplemental shakes of Ensure and vitamins, in addition provided with necessary soaps, lotions and grooming devices. All devices and supplies most likely were taken to Cuba where all the Aides are from and would verbalize during visitation with our relative. Every visitation, we would ask what was needed and never would see what was provided to our relative. Would not recommend anyone to this facility... RUN AWAY FROM HERE! IF LOOKING FOR AN ALF FOR A FAMILY MEMEBER, EXPAND YOUR SEARCH BY 10 MILES.
