VILLA NUEVA CARE HOME 2

We had a great first Impression from this place. The house is pleasant, the rooms are nice and bright, the cleanness & hygiene were excellent. However, they get a generous 3 star from us as there were some negligence in their service. The nutritious value of the meals were very poor, though they tried to improve, there were still too much processed and fried food for elderly. My Father stayed 2 months at this home before he passed. We continued to bring him meals and soup from home. While we helped our fragile & reserved Father through his journey, meeting his needs, we faced prejudism and lack of empathy. Surpisingly they were also from a different country, but bias was writen all over by some staff & more as we struggled to keep our father cared for and happy.
