VILLA PALMS

I had previously came to visit a little while back and unfortunately was not impressed. On my continued search for placing my mother we got news of changes being made there and with location being a big factor on where I place my mother I decided to give the facility another look. My family had visited with me and under new management, Villa Palms has truly started transforming into an exceptional place for seniors. I have been amazed by the positive changes and improvements since the new administer Haley D. took over. She has brought a fresh perspective and a dedication to excellence that is truly commendable. From the moment we first met them, we could tell that they are passionate about providing the best possible care for their residents. She is very committed to transparency and communication. They are always available to answer questions and address any concerns we have, and they regularly update us on changes and improvements being made to the facility. The staff under the new management is exceptional as well. They are not only highly skilled and professional but also caring and compassionate. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that each resident feels valued and well cared for.

Caroline and team give me confidence that my family member will be cared for. Good food and safe facility. Nice outdoor area and gardening available for residents.

My mom has been there for a year and she's very happy there. Faye shows a lot of compassion and is very devoted person to the facility and all the residents. She loves what she does and has been absolutely amazing with my mom. Can't thank her enough!

This is a very clean place, I love Faye I would not let my mom stay there without her. She is very attentive, respectful, loving and just like a mother hen, what my mom needs during this hard time. I love the staff, I love Miss Faye, if not for her I would remove my mom immediately, she is un replaceable. Number 1 in my book.
