My grandma left a nursing home healthy when she arrived to this assisted living. She passed away a month later due to the fact that they neglected her health. She complained for 2 weeks she wasn’t feeling good and they didn’t call the dr or send her out. Her infection got so bad she ended up passing away. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I lost my best friend due to the neglect of this place. Yall failed her and her family. Yall should really be ashamed of yourselves.

The Villa NW has the best team of caretakers. They treated my Nanny like the Queen she was to us all. They make it so easy to become family there and to make friends. You really feel at home when you visit and they made sure our transition moving my grandmother there was seamless. They become very attached to your family member and your family member to them. And this place is so clean! Never smells because they are on top of it!

My mom really enjoyed the Villa NW. We also enjoyed being visitors at the Villa. We felt like the other residents were all part of our family too. The attendants treated my mom so well. We felt their love for her. When my mom lost her battle with CHF, everyone was very supported while we camped out there the last week. They would come to check on us and then step back out. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I’ve already told my family to take me there when I need to be some place with a little assistance.

When we first entered our mom into Villa Northwest, we weren’t sure how it would work out, we had never been faced with the task of finding a facility for mom. The staff was very helpful and guided us through and answered all of our questions. Now, a year later, our mother is happy and living comfortably. I am so very grateful for the staff who make things so much easier to care for our mother.

My sister has lived at Villa Northwest for over two years and is very happy there. She has dementia and often speaks her mind and they deal with her very well, then she tells them how much she loves them all. She has gained 6lbs. and tells me she likes the food especially the deserts...They keep every thing very clean and it smells good. I can stop in anytime and everyone is very glad I came to visit.
