Our family is so grateful for the incredible care my mother-in-law received at Briones Family Care Home over the last 3+ years. From the beginning, the staff treated her with love, respect, and genuine kindness, making her feel valued and comfortable. The team was exceptionally thorough and precise when it came to managing her medications and monitoring her overall well-being. They always communicated promptly with our family about any changes in her condition or any special needs, ensuring we were informed and involved in her care. Whether it was addressing a shift in her baseline or meeting unique requests, they handled everything with professionalism and care. My mother-in-law had been at many different facilities before, but Briones Family Care Home stood out as the best by far. At previous places, she used to refer to them as “the place she stayed at.” However, here she would lovingly call it “home.” That difference speaks volumes about the environment and the exceptional care provided by the staff.
