Choosing an assisted living community is never easy, but The Village of Westerville has exceeded every expectation our family had. From the moment we walked in, it didn't feel like a "facility"—it felt like a home. There are a few things that really set this place apart: The caregivers and nursing staff are incredibly patient and proactive. They don't just provide medical support; they truly know the residents' personalities and preferences. It’s clear they view this as a calling, not just a job. The building is always bright, clean, and smells fresh. The common areas are inviting, which encourages residents to get out of their rooms and socialize. While it is dated decor, I'm happy to here of the upcoming renovation in progress. As a family member, I never feel out of the loop. The Devyn and Trina are transparent, responsive, and always available to answer questions or provide updates on my loved one’s well-being. Troy does a fantastic job of keeping residents engaged with a variety of events, music, and outings that cater to different interests and mobility levels. If you are looking for a place in the Westerville area where your loved one will be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine affection, I cannot recommend The Village of Westerville highly enough. It has given our family immense peace of mind.

I needed assisted living respite care for my brother. The village not only welcomed him but also provided toiletries I forgot during our grab and go move. Furniture is provided in respite care which facilitated a quick move in. He has enjoyed the meals there and the room is perfect for his current lifestyle. If this visit goes well, he may agree to a more permanent stay in the future! The staff has been terrific dealing with a concerned sister and with my "hermit" brother.

Over the last year I have been working closely with The Village to help ensure the residents receive quality care if they need it. I have nothing but amazing things to say about their team and how much they care for their residents to make sure every need is met! It has such a home like feeling the moment you walk in, and can expect your entire experience to be wonderful with each person you talk to!

I am exceptionally happy with the transition of getting my father into assisted living at The Village. We were able to begin the process over the weekend and he moved in on Monday. All staff were very helpful and kind. They thoroughly explained how the process works and simplified the experience for us. Dad is comfortable in his new room. The food is good and the staff continue to be attentive to his needs. My family recommends trusting your loved one with The Village.
