I was extremely pleased with the care my mother received at Village Care Homes - Park Avenue. I really appreciated their professionalism and the care they provided her in her past days, but what really impressed me the most was their caring attitude and the individual spirit of each caregiver at this home. I never worried about whether my mother was being the attention she needed and deserved. This provided me with significant peace of mind in a very difficult time. I hope no one finds themselves in a position where a loved one requires constant care, but if they do, I would strongly encourage you to visit Village Care Homes.

We can’t say enough good things about the care our father/father-in-law received at the Stephen F Austin home. Jenna and all her staff are caring professionals who did all they could to make Bob feel comfortable, happy, engaged, kept clean and notify us of any needs or care that he needed. Bob lived at the Austin home for a couple of years and then we moved him to the Park Avenue home to be closer to family. He received the best care at both locations. It was a difficult time for everyone with loved ones in care facilities during Covid but Jenna managed the situation expertly and the health and safety of the residents and staff always came first. Bob passed away on Christmas Eve, 2021 peacefully. We were so thankful that the Covid restrictions had eased by then and we were able to be by his side during his last days. The staff was always very loving and attentive to Bob. We couldn’t have asked for better care for him. We highly recommend Village Care Homes for your elderly loved ones who need more care than can be given at home.

My Father-in-Law lived in Village Care Homes until his recent passing. The staff truly treated him like a member of their own family. It was a blessing to us for the special care and concern he was shown. Such a relief to our family that he was cared for with compassion and respect. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Austin House!

I am so grateful for Village Care homes. Our dad(David) became a resident of the Stephen F Austin facility in 2019. He spent the last two years of his life, in the care of this loving environment. The owners(Scott & Jenna) and staff at this facility are very professional and knowledgeable. It was comforting knowing, that when we visited dad, he was happy and well taken care of. The facility is clean and well staffed. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And if you ever visited at dinner time...the wonderful smells of homemade meals filled the air and made you hungry! I highly recommend Village Care homes for your loved ones. They will be entertained, fed and loved through this extended family. Thank you Village Care homes for all you did for our dad we are forever grateful. 💙

I cannot say enough about Village Care homes, this place was a God send! My dad stayed there and I couldn't ask for more from the staff who cared for, fed and watched over him day and night. They go above and beyond expectations. I never had to worry about his care during his stay. The owners, Jenna and Scott are "hands on" type of owners. The owners are responsive to all inquiries and follow up immediately. On top of that, the activities are sensational.
