VILLAGE GREEN ALZHEIMER'S CARE HOME LLC

Village Green is a wonderful facility that makes the residents and families feel 100% at home. The director, Norma at the Woodlands location, is the most caring and dedicated individual. She a such a blessing to the residents and families.

I currently have a loved one at Village Green in Conroe. She has been residing at this facility for about six months. Unlike her previous facility that was more expensive, Village Green has offered a warm and caring environment where she has done very well. The building, itself, is not the most upscale, but the staff have been the best. We were blinded by the bells and whistles of her first facility, but came to realize that the most important thing to us was the warmth and understanding of the care staff and village Green gets an A plus in that category.

Love this facility and all the staff! My family and I have no doubt our family member is safe and taken care of at all times. They keep me informed and updated on how everything is going. Also, the facility encourages us to come for interactive family fun nights with my loved one. From the kind staff, to the clean facility, I can’t recommend this place enough!

My wife’s 10-year journey with Alzheimer’s finally reached the point where full-time memory care was needed. Most major cities such as metropolitan Houston offer multiple choices from assisted living to memory care, catering to all needs and situations. My family’s research criteria included size of memory care unit, full-time staff allocation, disposition of caregiving staff, the security and distribution of medication, type, and quality of food, and finally visitation rights and cost. The Village Green community scored high on our list of requirements and the staff went beyond during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic throughout my wife’s two-year stay, keeping her safe and contented as her memory and ability to rationalize gradually declined. Village Green in Conroe was an excellent choice and should the need arise again, they would rank high on my list of options.

This facility and staff has most definitely exceeded my expectations. Managers Keren and Priscilla are on top of any concerns and requests. They care about the residents and it shows! Ke Ke, Alex and Toni are so kind, considerate, compassionate to the residents. Especially with my loved one. I truly recommend this facility if anyone needs this kind of care.
