The staff are genuinely caring and compassionate. The facilities are light , bright, clean and refreshing. My mother has her cat with her and he provides her a trememdous comfort . Moving my mom to Village Green in Katy was the best decision we have ever made for her .

Best Memory Care facility. I walk in and it felt like I was in a Hotel. Tony Harris the manager is very carrying in interacting with all the patients, frequently hugs patients goodnight before he leaves. He has great management skills and likes to action things promptly. A Great Christian Guy. All the staff/ caregivers are compassionate and treat every patient with respect. They are good at controlling medication, making sure patients are attended to and all Rooms are kept clean, laundry done every night. It smells great, every time I visit I feel like I am in a Hotel, very comfortable and very CALM. I highly recommend this place for your love one.

Village Green Katy is a wonderful community! The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly compassionate. I’ve had the privilege of doing crafts with the residents and training the team on dementia care where everyone was so open, engaged, and empathetic. The community looks and smells great, and Tony, the Executive Director, is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. I would absolutely trust Village Green Katy with the care of my own loved one!

The staff at this memory care community truly go above and beyond for their residents. You can feel the care and compassion from the moment you walk through the doors. The team takes the time to get to know each resident personally, making sure they feel safe, respected, and loved. The environment is clean, welcoming, and full of life — it really feels like home

Just a FYI for anyone considering putting their loved one in this facility. While we were making an evening walk last night we noticed an elderly lady trying to gain entrance to a truck with a pen. We knew something was not right so we stopped to help. This elderly lady clearly was having memory issues so we knew we had to help somehow it was getting dark and cold. Called Harris County Sheriff department hoping they could help us. While waiting for the officer we knew this facility had just opened up. I took a picture of the lady and went to see if by chance they knew her. With a surprising look the gentleman said yes where is she that she lived there. Come to find out she had walked and crossed Peek road which is very busy during rush hour and walked down our street. I waited for the Sheriff and told him while waiting for him we had found where she belonged so he could return her. I’m thankful we were in the right place at the right time to help this sweet Lady.
