What stands out to me about Village Green Tomball is the exceptional care provided by its caregivers. Despite their diverse backgrounds, the team speaks with a unified voice, demonstrating a remarkable sense of unity and cooperation. The love and care they show to residents and their families is truly heartwarming. Every member of the team, from the med aide to the cook and caregivers, works together seamlessly, like one big, happy family.. Amazing is what you all are Kim, Kelly , Genesis, Tywanda,, Christol, Asia , Marisa,, ,JJ, Britney, Shawaya and others. Thank you for your hard work.

I would not recommend village green to anyone. My grandma started there with bed sores on her heels, she supposedly had good wound care there, but then ended up with a necrotic foot and a bed sore on her bottom. She also supposedly was on hospice care and yet they are treating her more like a palliative care patient. This place did not take care of my grandma at all, and I hope no one else suffers there like my grandma did.

My Mom had been a resident at Village Green Tomball almost as long as the facility has been open. The staff is caring. The facility is clean and attractive. They offer enrichment activities frequently. When a problem does occur they listen and address the issue promptly. My mother receives excellent care and she is difficult at times.

I have the honor to care for residents at Village Green Tomball. Truly one of the best facilities I have had the privilege to work in in my 26 years as a hospice nurse. Krystal Perez, Facility Director does an amazing job with her residents. She never misses a holiday to celebrate with her residents and their families! It’s truly a joy to witness the resident/family participation. It is clean, well managed, home cooked foods, the residents and their families are loved! ❤️ The Valentines party was so beautiful! All the families participated and a wonderful time was had by all. Her team, GaGa, Naomi, Kim, and many others I am forgetting to mention truly have a heart of pure gold. It is such a pleasure to be part of this amazing community! I know what it feels like to have my loved one have the dreaded Alzheimer’s disease. It’s so hard on us, the family. Gaga and Kim are always wonderful making homemade meals, homemade fruit muffins for snacks, just a joy to see. Breena, the regional director visits often to assure quality care needs are being met. Most of all these residents feel loved, with lots of hugs and kisses! 🩷 Thank you Krystal for giving so much of yourself to assure stellar care at Village Green Tomball. I know being a parent is overwhelming, but you go above and beyond for your residents, and I want to thank you! You and your team are superstars and give the residents the love, care and dignity the most certainly deserve! Thank you so very much! 🩷

My grandpa is a resident here & we absolutely love it. This facility is so nice, very clean, smells amazing, and updated features throughout. The staff are so funny, caring/patient towards the residents, and helpful for family members. If you are lucky enough to get a room here for your loved you you will not be disappointed.
