I cannot say enough wonderful things about Village Green Memory Care and the incredible team that works there. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed. The staff is not only highly professional but also genuinely compassionate. They go above and beyond every single day to ensure the residents are comfortable, engaged, and treated with dignity and respect. It’s clear that this is more than just a job for them — it’s a calling. The community is clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to support those with memory care needs. There’s a true sense of warmth and family throughout the entire place. Thank you, Village Green, for being a place of kindness, comfort, and expert care.

We couldn’t be happier with the care my grandma is receiving at this memory care community! The staff is absolutely fabulous—kind, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. The entire place is always very clean and well maintained, which gives our family great peace of mind. The location is perfect and easily accessible for visits, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. My grandma loves the food, and it’s clear they put a lot of thought into making meals both nutritious and enjoyable. We are so thankful to have found a place that feels like home for her. ***Vendor Advisory – Payment Dispute with Client*** We are issuing this advisory to inform fellow vendors about a concerning experience with a recent client, specifically involving payment disputes following the successful delivery of contracted services. Our company provided five months of fitness classes to Village Green Memory Care Community managed by Archie Trotty. The classes were delivered as scheduled, in accordance with a signed service agreement. Notifications were sent 24 hours prior to each session, and we have read receipts confirming that these emails were opened by Archie Trotty. Additionally, we have photo documentation of our instructors conducting the classes on-site. All services were invoiced and paid for via credit card. However, after five months of service, the client disputed all credit card charges—resulting in a full reimbursement of funds from our account. This occurred despite no written notice of cancellation being provided prior to the conclusion of services. The only communication received was a phone call in March 2025, (a date after the classes had been delivered) at which point we promptly canceled all future sessions. We attempted to resolve the matter amicably, offering to consider credits if the client could provide documentation of any cancellation request. No such documentation was ever furnished. Recommendation: If you are considering doing business with Archie Trotty and/or Village Green Memory Care Community, we strongly advise requesting payment upfront via check or ACH transfer. We do not recommend accepting credit card payments. We are sharing this experience to help protect other service providers from similar losses.

I can’t say enough about the quality of care @ Village Green Memory Care Champions … we’ve had my Mother in Law there going on 2 years and it’s been nothing but fabulous care from all involved . So rare these days ! We are beyond grateful to each person who tends to her care .
