VILLAGE POINTE COMMONS THE CRESTE

We looked at several places before we chose Village Pointe Commons for my brother who needed assisted living. Some were too small and others were too big. Village Pointe was just right. Village Pointe is managed by Capri which is very family oriented. Many activities available with the plus of an indoor swimming pool and a movie theater. Close to shopping in Grafton, a nice quiet area. Crystal and her staff are caring and supportive. During the time my brother was here his health declined due to age. The caregivers were there for each step, communicating well with us. When he entered hospice he continued to receive support in his apartment surrounding by his favorite things. While nothing in healthcare is perfect these days; I would gladly recommend Village Pointe Commons as a home to turn to when you can no longer take care of your own home.

Village Pointe is a wonderful place! My mother moved into the Independent Living side a few months ago and we both absolutely love it for her. The staff and residents couldn’t be nicer and friendlier. There are many activities, social hours and a great indoor pool and fitness center. Units have washer/dryers and full kitchens with dishwasher, and the building is very clean and quiet. The independent living manager, Kerry McCue, has been amazingly attentive and helpful through this big transition for us. I highly recommend.

The warm welcome received at initial meeting does not stop. I feel this same vib each and every day. Thank you.

I have clients living at VPC who enjoy the community. The staff is wonderful and always very inviting. The community holds many activities & events. They hold many educational offerings and networking events that are always well organized. I enjoy my partnership with Village Pointe Commons. They always think about their residents and provide them with resources for additional outside help when appropriate.

We could not be more pleased with the staff and facilities at VPC. Everyone there has been both kind and attentive to my mom's needs. I feel like they go out of their way to help my mom, who at times can be a bit of a handful. The facility is always clean, the food is diverse and nutritious, and there is always something for the residents to do. A wonderful atmosphere for all! Thank you Village Point Commons!
