VILLAGE STREET APARTMENTS

My daughter lives there so I love it.

I joined the Town & Country Community six months ago downsizing from a large farm. At first I was skeptical but now that I am here, I love it. It is a very safe community, wonderful people in the neighborhood, and great management and facilities staff.

I went to a community yard sale here and was pleasantly surprised how clean and tidy the whole park was. Very nice area

Asked about a property that had been posted 2 days prior. Told that it was pending but we could make an offer. We get there to look at it the next day and are told that the sale went through the afternoon before. Could have called or emailed to let us know before we came to see it!

Very, very high lot rent. You have to pay to live together if your a family. There is a $15 a person fee which makes no sense because you pay your own water and sewer. I am allowed per park "rules" to have 4 people live in my home but I pay extra $30 for my husband and child. Base rate for me is $320, now factor in the $60 for water and sewer and I have a dog which is at the moment $10. So I am currently at a $420 lot rent. Which is Crazy, my payment for my trailer is $326. For a park that has NO amenities it's way too high. I have lived here 5 years and every year there has been an increase and no two people pay the same base rate.
