Very happy with the care given to my wife in the memory care unit. Beautiful facility! The Admissions Coordinator, Kaylee, is very helpful and a pleasure to work with through this process.

I recently needed to stay 6 weeks in a skilled care facility for IV antibiotics...i trusted the outstanding reviews of Villages of the Oaks in Washington and it was the next best place to being at home The entire staff are caring and made sure I received everything I needed and even many things that were above and beyond.. every dept was top notch, dietary needs ✔️ activities ✔️house keeping✔️PT department✔️ A special thanks to my nurses (A+) and their support team (ades) and the team that welcomed me and also followed up after coming home ✔️✔️ thank you !! Thank you for making my stay pleasant and stress-free, keeping me busy, treating my husband with kindness and generosity, for a beautiful facility that gives all residents love and dignity. 💕

My wife and I have been very pleased with the care my mother-in-law has been receiving. There are activities daily to keep the residents socializing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

My mother is on the memory care unit at Villages of Oak Ridge. ALL of the staff there have been kind and compassionate. Sarah Wall, the Executive Director, has been extremely responsive to concerns that I brought to her. I can’t thank her enough. I love the BFF program. Kaylee McKnight has truly been a best friend to my mother! This is a difficult journey my siblings and I are taking with my mother as her dementia gets worse. I am thankful for the support that Villages of Oak Ridge is providing.

Caring staff and beautiful environment are but of a few of the delights that I experienced in my 3 stays at The Villages at Oak Ridge. I needed care, therapy and wound care in my visits to my "Resort facility ".The dining experience was supervised by a chef who took time to go over my dietary needs and likes. All the nursing staff became my team of Healthcare professionals to provide the timely and caring assistance that helped me recover from a traumatic injury. In the last years of my son's life he was here and the nursing aids cared for him and made him feel loved. The activities staff have a variety of themes days and activities that are fun for all. The house keepers do a great job of keeping everything clean, neat and in the proper place, making me feel as if I were in a resort hotel. I want to thank everyone for their great support and encouragement.
