Great staff, great leadership! This facility has very dedicated employees who go above and beyond for their residents. The Administrator, Andrea, and the DON, Estella, do an awesome job with all aspects of this facility. The Activities Director, Robin, keeps all residents active and involved in daily events and activities. They have a great staff that prepares great food, keeping with all dietary restrictions. It’s a beautiful facility.

Both of my parents resided at New Haven until they passed away. Staff was always friendly, accommodating and helpful. The facility was spotless, inviting, and the residents were treated with kindness and respect. I would recommend New Haven Memory Care as a superior assisted living facility to anyone looking for professional care for their loved one.

Finding The Villagio of Kerrville was a Godsend! I first visited on a weekend day and was welcomed by the administrator for a tour. I was impressed with what I saw, having visited multiple places looking for a good fit for my mother’s needs. The facility is small, so not overwhelming for residents, nice, modern, clean and the staff is caring and compassionate. Most staff members have been employed there for many years, which says a lot. They quickly established a friendly, welcoming relationship with my mother so she felt at home. The monthly cost is all-inclusive, with services from supervision of medication to laundry. Staff members interact with residents and daily activities are available. I recommend the Villagio for anyone seeking care for their loved ones. Now that my mother is gone, I miss those daily visits and seeing the caring people who made her stay comfortable. The Villagio is a hidden gem with a staff who cares!

My mother spent a year and a half at Villagio of Kerrville before she recently passed away. Before moving to Villagio, she had been in two different assisted living facilities in Little Rock and neither she nor I were happy with the level of care she received at either of them. Unlike the other facilities we had experience with, Villagio has a caring and loving staff with very little turnover. They have experience with sick and elderly dementia patients like my mother and showed her love and endless patience. They work well as a team and everyone pitches in to make sure the residents are taken care of. I am so grateful that she was able to spend her last months closer to me and at a place where she could receive such good care.
