Do NOT home your loved one here. The current management is rude at best, disrespectful at worst to family members. I had an issue with my mother's medication administration, and I was read the riot act for pointing out potentially dangerous errors. Management has changed hands severally over the past few years, and each time Villagio has gotten worse. I do NOT recommend this dump.

Sadly, I can no longer recommend the Villagio of Plano.

My grandpa has lived in this community for years the Executive Director does whatever she can to ensure myself and my grandpa are happy. All the staff are very nice whenever I visit. We are so blessed to have grandpa is such a caring place.

The staff here is wonderful. They truly strive to provide the best care for their residents.
