My mom spent time at BG and I found the staff - nurses, administrators, and aids - to be extremely helpful and very communicative. As an LTC facility I found them caring and supportive.

We made the decision to put our dear Dad in your care. From the first phone call to the dreaded phone call this morning, there is just not enough good things I can say about the facility and especially the staff. Speaking with Hope first, that is exactly what she gave. The respect shown to my Dad, the kindness, compassion, and love. You just can't buy that. Met with the Administrator Megan and the facility had a warm and cozy feel to it. All of the residents were very well cared for and seemed extremely happy. It was very cleanly and welcoming as well. Would highly recommend this place to your loved ones!!
