VILLAS AT GREEN VALLEY, VILLA C

I came up from Nogales to tour The Villas for my mom and I was so impressed. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Danielle took her time with my mom and was so patient listening to her needs and wants. I am excited to have my mom so close to home and having fun. We can’t wait to be apart of the Villas family. I see why they have won 7 years straight for best memory care by the newspaper.

My grandmother was a hospice resident here and unfortunately passed this evening. The staff were so incredible to us and to my grandmother. It was obvious that the staff here genuinely care. I noticed little things that they did to comfort her when they had to move her and how kindly they spoke to her. They offered us lunch, as it was Thanksgiving and we'd been there most of the day. They were so kind to us and really went above and beyond! Vanessa, the med tech that was taking care of her ar night really pays attention to the residents. She was also SO compassionate when she called to tell me that my grandmother had passed. We'd left less than an hour before and she shared what had happened, as well as what would happen going forward. The hospice NP, Cathy, was very responsive to our needs and made sure that my grandmother was well cared for and comfortable. I think she teared up a little as we talked about arrangements that needed to be made. Losing a loved one is never easy, but we're taking comfort in knowing that she was so well cared for. This is a wonderful place!

The Villas at Green Valley is a beautiful property. They worked quickly with us to place a very dear friend who was being released from care without much notice. The Villas reminds me of a large home. Residents are happy and friendly. Staff was wonderful and always helpful. Very happy with the villas and I will keep them in mind for future needs.

I appreciate The Villas At Green Valley for the service they provide. I have been impressed with the staff and how hospitable and personable they are, making people both residents and business professionals. I know that Bobby Larson is personally invested in his residents but that doesn't stop there. He has created a work environment that his team loves and shares with everyone that walks through their doors. I am invested in how the residents live and they live happy and comfortable. Thank you and your team for all you do.

The Villas Assisted Living & Memory Care of Green Valley is a beautiful facility. The staff is friendly. It is always clean and it feels very homey. The ratio is 1-5 which is very important to me. Every other place is 1-10. I highly recommend the Villas!
