Our time with Sue was very pleasant. She was patient with my husband, as he deals with Alzheimer Dementia. He was teasing with her, and it was about the only time today that he was in a cooperative mood. Thank you Transitions At Home. Charline

Our experience was wonderful staff went above and beyond beyond to help me help my husband. Adam drove from Cumberland to help me get my husband to the car. Liz came on a day we had not scheduled when he needed help. She was here while a snowstorm hit and then cleaned off my car, shoveled the ramp and helped me get him in the car. I am so very thankful .

The best home health agency in the area, that’s a fact Jack! Every person I’ve met from Transitions has been very committed and exceptional at what they do! Love the nice gals in the office and am very impressed by the clinicians and caregivers on the team. Very lucky they exist in my neck of the woods!
