VILLAS AT SAN BERNARDINO

I have a relative who has been at Villas at San Bernardino for the past 9 months. When I went there to visit her, she seemed very well cared for. The wellness director for assisted living and memory care, Dulce Allen, is in charge of the residents’ care and has been very helpful. She has sent me several pictures of my relative, smiling, and with items I’ve sent, with therapy dogs, etc. The phone is answered by polite and helpful people who do their best to put my relative on the phone whenever I call. The facility looked very clean and well cared for, and the staff treated me very well, especially when I arrived late at night. The price is lower than her other facilities were, and the staff is MUCH better than her first place.

I have visited The Villas of San Bernardino and truly felt confident in the team and their ability to care for one of my loved ones. The facility is clean, looks safe, and thoughtfully designed for the population living there. The activities director, Janet, has a pleasant approach and seems passionate about working there. I would highly recommend The Villas of San Bernardino.

Nichole was absolutely wonderful to work with during the process of finding the perfect assisted living community for my aunt. From the very beginning, she listened closely to our needs and concerns. She guided us through every step, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my aunt would feel comfortable at the Villas of San Bernardino. I recently visited the community with family. It’s a beautiful community, friendly and welcoming. It’s decorated beautiful with Christmas decor. It looks very festive. Activities are great. They always have something going on, morning exercise classes, outings, great music and dance performances, and they have a beautiful art wall display of residents art work. Activity Director is great. Receptionists are always welcoming.

This assisted living community is truly wonderful. The residents always look happy and well cared for and there are plenty of fun activities like holiday events, music, bingo, and they even had live dancers come in for a performance! The food is delicious and made with real care, not microwave meals like some other places. The activities director is a true gem who brings so much joy to everyone. I wouldn’t want my grandma to be anywhere else. I feel she is safe and they take excellent care of her here.
