From the very beginning, our experience with The Villas of Manalapan has exceeded every expectation. Choosing a senior living facility for a loved one is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, and I can say with complete confidence that we are exceptionally happy that my mother is living here. The level of care she receives is outstanding. The staff is not only professional and attentive, but genuinely kind and compassionate. They treat my mother with dignity, patience, and respect every single day. It’s clear that the caregivers truly know her as a person, not just a resident, and that makes all the difference. She is well cared for, well fed, and safe, which gives our entire family an incredible sense of peace. One of the most impressive aspects of the Villas of Manalapan is the abundance of activities available to the residents. There is always something engaging happening—music, games, creative activities, social gatherings, and thoughtfully planned programs that are appropriate, stimulating, and bring joy. These are not just activities to pass time; they are meaningful opportunities for connection and purpose. What stands out most is that my mother is not just present, she is included and involved to the best of her ability. The staff makes a sincere effort to ensure she feels welcomed, encouraged, and part of the community. Seeing her engaged, smiling, and participating has been incredibly reassuring for our family. It speaks volumes about the heart and dedication of the team. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home rather than an institution. Every detail, from meals to programming to daily care, reflects a commitment to quality and excellence.

The villas of Manalapan is a gorgeous facility for senior living. Reminded me of a cruise ship when I first visited. The front desk staff are lovely and so informative and helpful. Administration, sales, activities, dining staff, nurses, and aides are top notch And extremely caring. I am very happy that my mother is living there. I know that she is being taken care of every day, which gives me peace of mind. The only complaint my mom has is the food in the dining room. I understand from the staff and as well as she has been told that it is a work in progress and will get better. If not for the food, I would’ve given them a “5”!

We are so thankful for the incredible staff at the Villas of Manalapan. The compassion, patience, and professionalism they show every single day is remarkable. My loved one is not only well cared for physically, but also encouraged to stay socially and emotionally engaged. The staff know the residents personally — their likes, routines, and personalities — and it makes all the difference. There are so many folks we can personally thank but my Aunt has had a soft spot for Sue, Joy and Ken from day one and I have to agree with her they go above and beyond. Marge was also extremely helpful and inviting when we moved in and we cannot forget Marion at the front desk who always welcomes everyone with a warm smile. As a family, we also feel supported. The communication is excellent, and we always know what is happening and how our loved one is doing. It is such a comfort to have complete trust in the people caring for them. The Villas of Manalapan has truly created a safe, uplifting, and family-like environment, and we could not have chosen a better place.

I cannot begin to list all the positive things to say about living in The Villas of Manalapan. There are just so many people to acknowledge that I would run out of space. I can only tell you that what makes this place different from all the others is that if you have a concern or a question, the administrative staff is available and responsive to your needs. You may not always get the answer you want, but you will get an answer and they will do everything in their power to help make it right. They are constantly present and accessible seven days a week. The place is really upscale and very clean. My 93 year old recently widowed mother came here about a year ago. Needless to say, it was a devastating and a difficult transition for her to leave her home in Florida and come to New Jersey. From the moment we entered the Villas, we felt the unconditional positive regard the staff has for this very unique population and we have received excellent care and attentiveness from everyone she comes in contact with which includes the medical, activity, custodial, reception, food service, and operations staff. Because the Villas is not part of a chain facility, there is a consistent regular presence of the people who work there and I have witnessed personally the strong connection they make with their residents. It is wonderful to know that my mother is safe, well taken care of and has the option to participate in all the amenities the Villas has to offer. Because she is at The Villas, I have been able to resume some of my daily activities without worry because she is so happy there.

My Mom has been a resident at the Villas for a month. Management and the residents made her feel welcome immediately. The atmosphere is beautiful and very clean. The food is very good and there are always plenty of options. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever I have had questions to be addressed. There are plenty of activities every day for my Mom to participate in. The Nursing staff is extremely attentive and takes good care of my Mom. Management has been accommodating especially with our new “move” needs. The best and most important part is that Mom is happy, safe and well taken care of.
