VINE RIDGE SENIOR LIVING

I've attended multiple events at Vine Ridge and have consistently experienced a disappointing atmosphere and disorganized management. The environment often feels tense, and on several occasions I've witnessed unprofessional behavior including harassment from certain employees. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor management have made my experiences here far below expectations. I would not recommend Vine Ridge based on these repeated issues.

The lovely staff at Vine Ridge is always so welcoming and friendly! Their positive attitudes and laughter make a huge difference in my day. Alexis the RCC is amazing and super nice. I will be recommending Vine Ridge!

Our dear Mum has come to live at Vine Ridge in the memory care area. Mum has her own room looking out into the beautiful garden, hills natural world~ it was a difficult transition to make for us ALL, especially dear Mum. I can honestly say, that we feel like we found a secret gem of a place for Mum, in SO many ways. Supported by the incredible senior team, the care givers are attentive and kind and obviously understand priorities and respect for the reaident. Carla the Executive director and Alexis who oversee the main campus and running of the home are like angels in disguise. Comes from the top down they say!! How good any place is, can become, how happy employees are, residents. They have masterfully combined a group of people that get it, how to, from the heart, create a meaningful, competent, dignified environment, to provide home for those most vulnerable. Thank you Thank you!! So very grateful. You've been an enormous support to the family too. And Kim at the front registration, a light for all that arrive... thank you Kim the Med Aids! So very able, attentive and kind.

I attended vineridge's Easter event and I was very impressed with the facilities presentation, the staff was very friendly and involved with the whole event. It was nice to see the residents out and interacting having a good time as well. It was a overall great event! Looking forward to taking my mother to the mothers day brunch coming up soon.

Vine Ridge is a Family owned and Operated Community. Vine Ridge focuses on the care of their residents and providing the best quality of life. I am proud to be associated with Vine Ridge and would recommend this Community to anyone who was looking to place their loved one. I know the employees there truly care about the residents who reside in the community and will welcome any new residents with open arms.
