VINEYARD BLUFFTON

Our experience at Vineyard has been excellent! The administrative leadership are wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, and truly a pleasure to work with. They understand that decisions in a transition time can be tough, and showed their compassion throughout. They know every resident by name and genuinely care. The premises itself is beautiful, clean, fresh and top notch. It feels like luxury living, with fantastic amenities and a vibrant activities schedule. Dining there is a pleasure, and the variety accommodates all food preferences. We are very impressed. The value of peace of mind, comfort and quality far exceed the price.

We recently moved a parent into the memory care side and the staff has been amazing! Mom was welcomed in with open arms and has settled in nicely, the staff has made her feel right at home. The facility is well staffed, clean and extremely professional. A normally stressful experience of moving was made much easier by the group at the Videyard.

Ill can go on for hours about how wonderful an experience it has been touring the Facility, and talking with so many of their Staff. It is best to simply sum it up to say it only took 1 Tour to realize how wonderful ALL is at the Vineyard. To make such a decision in less then one day, about the diffuculty in placing Parents, was made so easy due to the help of the Staff. Enough can never be expressed.

Our experience with the Vineyard has been nothing but amazing. The staff there are very professional and very caring toward families and residents. Having to move my mother into assisted-living was a very difficult and stressful choice. The people at the Vineyard have helped make the transition as possible, which is allowed us to focus on her well-being and getting her used to being part of the community. They do a wonderful job of helping People to integrate into the large variety of activities that are available each day. The facility itself is very nice, well cared for, and professionally maintained. We looked at multiple facilities in the area over the course of about six months when we decided this transition was coming up and the Vineyard was the best facility that we found. I can only say thank you to Janaya and her wonderful staff for making my mothers new home such a great place to live and be cared for!

My mother in law was recently admitted to the Vineyard assisted living. I must say I am happily surprised at how awesome the staff is here. They are responsive to every request and concern, they go over and above to make sure she is comfortable and safe. They take every message and phone call seriously. I am very happy she moved in. There is so much to do, and it is such a friendly and clean place. Janaya who is the executive director is an amazing human.
