Don’t recommend lack of care for the residence and staff….

My mom lived here for at least 10 years and received excellent care, even through the pandemic. She enjoyed the food, the activities, large print books in the library, Scrabble games and watching the finches in the lobbby. This is an old-fashioned place that, while a little musty, for her felt like home. Thank you to the staff for your care and attention.

The people that answer the phone and work in the business office have no type of professionalism. I called twice and was hung up on mid sentence. Considering the type of community this is, I sure do hope the other staff aren’t as rude and unprofessional.

cover up a lot of things..im disappointed at the supervisors and the owner.some staff treat residents disrespectful.
