VINTAGE PARK AT LENEXA

My brother recently moved here and he loves it. The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable and demonstrate genuine interest for the residents. They are giving him great care. He has made friends with many of the residents and they have a number of activities he enjoys. He is the happiest he has been in several years. As a family we are well pleased!

I would love to share but it might be a long one. I came here from a different facility that was a lot different but not in a good or bad way, just different. Here there is such a variety of people and personalities, we all have different needs and we all have our own little quirks (?) but it works. The people here, (residents and staff) are all caring and helpful in so many different ways. I recently was hospitalized and when I was feeling better I told my doctor that I wanted to go “home”. As soon as I said that I realized that this is my home and I am happy here and it’s because of the people. You know, just a smile, say hi to everyone and show them the respect they deserve. That’s all we want and need. I hope to make this my forever home! Patti Coats

My grandmother has lived here for about 2 years now and she absolutely loves it! it’s got such a great and caring staff and community! She says it feels just like a loving home.

Attn: Prozac nation Were your parents the cause of you needing Prozac in your youth? Then Vintage Park is the place for you. Much like you experienced growing up, your parent will be on continual restriction. At your request, you will never have to see them or speak to them ever again. Even if they need a doctor, you don’t have to deal with it. They will be threatened with yelling, by withholding food and they never have to go outside. The best news of all is Vintage Park is less expensive then other nursing homes, so you will get adequate compensation for your teenage years. So if you are looking for a place to extract a pound of flesh from a relative that wronged you, look no further than Vintage Park! My ex-husband has been at Vintage Park for 6 months. I have worked in healthcare my entire life and am very particular about who cares for my loved ones. The executive director, nursing director, and the medical assistants have his best interest at heart. The team does a great job ensuring compassionate care of each resident.
