Great facility and great staff in a homelike environment.

I am over the moon that our dad is in a safe, clean and friendly facility. He’s been there 3 months now and I and my 2 brothers visit as much as time allows. Never have we seen anything less than a clean environment. I usually have lunch at least twice weekly and the food has always been a better dining experience than a lot of commercial restaurants. The staff is the sweetest bunch of folks who obviously care about the residents. The few times Dad has accidentally tripped his “panic button” (lanyard around his neck which his cat sometimes activates) someone is there to check on him within, it seems like, seconds. There are many different activities planned for the residents monthly and they can participate in as many or as few as they want. When I’ve had questions or concerns and leave a text message, it is returned promptly. Our entire family would give this facility 10 stars if we could!

Came with my gran gran paid 5 bucks for a meal that wasnt well suited for any human being.

Management is hardly ever there, nor are the friendly or approachable.
