VISIONS SENIOR LIVING AT MESA 2

I would give five stars except for Nate the manager is difficult to deal with because he gaslights. Communication with him is frustrating. They took care of my mom for a year. She was demanding and they did the best they could. They did love her there. The very best thing about Visions care home is Judy. She is the recreation director. I think the place would run more efficiently if Nate were not there. He has an attitude of not caring. He doesn't want to bother or make an effort.

My mother had dementia, anyone that has a loved one with dementia knows how difficult it is.  They also know that the care givers and the facility are so important. Visions team of care givers are awesome. My family is eternally grateful for the compassion and kindness their entire team bestowed upon our mother, Pansy, as she reached end of life cycle of dementia.  I also want to send a special thanks to Mason, Tiffany, Seth, Judy, Cindy and the entire team for taking time to share the precious stories and moments between them, the other patients and our mom. They treated our mom as though she were their own grandma; in fact they called her grandma.  My mother loved them and was never frightened by them.  They always took the time to talk gently to my mom and made her feel special.  During this difficult time of watching my mom slowly slip away, the entire team not only comforted my mom with great empathy but they also took the time to show compassion to our family.  Every step of the way was made easier due to the empathy they showed us.  My family is so thankful for the stories of their interactions with our mom.  We will be eternally grateful for those precious stories. I do not know everyone's name at Visions that cared for our mom, but all of you are awesome we were truly blessed to have had you in our lives.  So from the bottom of my families hearts we thank the entire team for being the best! Pansy is in heaven now and if she could she would say, bless you for taking such good care of me and God bless you for the love you made me and my family feel.

The staff is awesome! My mom is treated with love and kindness. It is very difficult watching dementia take over and we were so lucky to find this facility. Mason, is on top of things and always treats the patients with compassion. Mason is a great leader. Alicia takes care of my moms hygiene needs going out of her way to fix my mom's hair so she can feel pretty. My mom is not easy when it comes to these matters but Alicia has found a way to help my mom without being rough. Thanksgiving dinner was served for patients and their families. Vanessa is in charge of activities so a big Koodos to a job well done. Thank you to the entire staff for being so awesome! I attached photos. The entire staff worked so hard.

I can’t say enough about the care my great grandma has received at Visions the staff treats her like their own family. My family was extremely nervous and afraid to place my grandma in a home but from the moment we walked in visions memory house we felt so comfortable the caregivers actually care here and the nurse was fantastic she communicated with us to make sure we had everything in place before moving. Day of move in was amazing all the staff came and met her I left visions knowing my grandma was in good hands. I pray god continue to bless the staff and patients at visions I just wanted to express how well these people take care of my grandma I know thank you isn’t enough but from my family and myself I world like to thank the staff of visions ❤️

Visions of Mesa has been the best place for my dad!! Every one of the staff has been so incredibly caring and helpful right from the moment we walked in the door, to when we brought my father there to live. The assisted living facility is very bright, airy, clean and has a small home-like environment that helps in the transition of a loved one. The shower stall is very safe-- with a padded chair to ensure he can easily shower without falling. The rooms are large enough to easily accommodate two residents when needed. The meals are well balanced. My father has enjoyed his time here so far, and we have peace of mind that he is safe and well cared for. I highly recommend this facility!!
