What an incredible group of people who really love and care about their clients. I've seen firsthand how they take care of both clients and employees.

I’ve never been someone to leave a review for items or services. May have made one in my life. This will be the second. One of, if not the most, generous companies I have ever been associated with & who truly care about their employees and the community served.

Please be aware and check that this place is doing their job as you hired them for. Especially if the elderly person has dementia. Last incident was when they were suppose to be at my aunts from 9am to 11am. I appeared at her house in a surprise visit. Someone had dropped a binder off with a check list already COMPLETED by 9:25am when I arrived. No one was at her house.Thought they may have gone to the store for her - no her debit Card was in its place on her desk. I called the office at 9:40ish and low and behold she showed up. Probably wasn’t the first time as I trusted them to do their job! Please check on your family or friends who get this agency to care for them! That persons boss kept making excuses for the other mishaps and couldn’t Keep her excuses straight!!
