Vista Care has been a wonderful agency for my disabled sister. We have known Erin Krause, the local area director for 12 years and she is beyond wonderful. Recently met Kelley Potenziani and she goes above and beyond as well. Vista Care makes values and ethics a priority. Honesty, integrity and accountability are extremely important to them. Colleagues share in successes and help with setbacks. They value and acknowledge feelings through active listening, open communication and support one in difficult situations. Celebrate times of success! The atmosphere of innovation and imagination leads to new ways of doing things given experiences. Transparent, frequent, clear communication with client, host home provider and family/guardian. Incorporate fun! Summer picnic, celebrate holidays etc! Connected- agency is there for providers, clients, and family/guardians any time. One does not feel they need an appointment. Great environment. Respite care available to host home providers and clients. Nurturing- professional development classes provided to keep a provider connected and up to date. Flexible- the agency has always been flexible when family needs something or vice versa. Always there for you. Vista Care stays on top of all the Medicare/Medicaid rules and regulations so that the family/guardian does not have too. They re-certify the client as needed. Would highly recommend Vista Care for your loved one!

I have worked with Vista Care since January of 2024. Here is what I appreciate about them: 1. Good communication. Whenever I have a concern or question, it is addressed in a timely manner. 2, Professionalism. They take any of my concerns and address them with documented resources to assure me that these issues have been addressed according to state guidelines. 3.Personal support. If I have ANY questions about my scope of work or what is expected of me, they take the time to make sure I completely understand my job description as well as support me in executing that. They are very hands on in making sure I make a success of supporting my person(s) in services 4.Team work. Vista Care has always made me know that we, from the top down, are a team. I really like that because that builds trust in the whole team. 5.Knowing my client. Vista Care has a background of knowing my person(s) in services and that knowledge is used is helping me problem solve issues that come up. These are just a few things I have appreciated about being part of the Vista Care team, and I am confident that it will just continue to grow as we grow together!

I truly believe that Vista Care is an organization that has shown me personally that when an agency puts its providers first, they create a combination of professionalism and family that fosters a positive experience that leads to a better outcome for our consumers. Knowing that their help and their expertise is always available go a long way to creating an agency that will create loyal long lasting relationships.

We decided a few month ago to switch our shared living provider and choose Vista Care. The transition was fast and made very easy for us. Everything is working well and the support we get from all the staff is outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the decision we made.

I personally would never allow my family to live in a place where the regional and area director party with their employees. It's so unprofessional. And as an edit, I understand you don't monitor your employees outside of work but when they are out with your caregivers until bar close it definitely leaves the level of care the clients are receiving up to debate. My cousin lived in one of the homes that are being closed down and you can't tell me poor management has nothing to do with that
