Vista Del Lago is an amazing community with the best care staff. Laura, a med tech, was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. She always greets me when I visit, and I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. Thank you, Laura!

My mother was moved to Vista Del Lago about a month ago now, from start to finish it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! The entire team of administrators, Med Techs, Nurses, Care Givers ,kitchen staff, maintenance and housekeeping, laundry, and front reception have been knowledgeable, kind, caring, accountable, and always actively caring for all of the residents at the facility. I visit several times a week and at various hours of the day and I am always so pleased to see every single staff member actively participating with seniors and extremely responsive to any and all requests. I cannot give this Memory Care Facility enough praise! I am so incredibly thankful my mother is here. I work in the medical and healthcare field myself, I understand how hard everyone has to work to make things run smooth, and even when they don’t, I can tell the staff jumps in and helps residents first and foremost, I am so thankful for everyone’s hard work and quality care to my mom and all the residents! Top tier level of care, keep up the amazing care!

My dad is at Vista Del Lago Memory care. This hav been a good experience for him. My dad has always been a picky eater but he says the home made bread is the best!!! Keep it coming he says. The staff and administration have been kind, helpful, respectful and responsive to all of my father’s needs. We had a small issue with my dads insurance, they patiently helped us through the fiasco. I’m grateful for Marie the executive director, Kelsey at the front desk and Maria, who is Marie’s admin asst. and Eric the med text. I can depend on them to help me with most things about my dad. They have always been kind, and generous with their time and compassion towards my family!

I was referred to this facility in July of last year for my father who is 91 years old. Interacting with all of the staff both in the front and back office has been extremely easy to ensure my father’s needs are met. In particular, Maria Marquez has always assisted our family with the simplest of requests. Every time our family arrives to visit and she is working the front desk or we see her on her way throughout the Facility, she makes time to stop and say hi. We’ve developed a great relationship with her along with some of the residents of the facility as well. I feel that Vista Del Lago is the best place for my father during this time of his life. We are very fortunate and well assured that he is receiving the appropriate type of care and never have to worry about his safety.

This is a 5 star facility. My daughter spent the last couple of weeks of her life at Vista Del Lago. The staff treated her with respect and compassion. They always took my calls and answered any questions that I had. When it was time for hospice to be called in they sat me down and explained what to expect. My daughter never suffered. I will forever be grateful that my daughter was able to spend her last days at Vista Del Lago, it made her passing from this life to her next life in heaven more bearable.
