VISTA MONTANA SENIOR LIVING

Have neglected seniors and have lost certain seniors as deceased by missing and leaving facility. If you think your love one is safe and in there room I think again before taking your loved one there before the are missing. They do not file a report or call.

Visited my uncle on a Saturday. Activities department was having a yearly bazaar sale for the residents where they could purchase items with earned "money" (Vista Bucks). There was also food and drinks being served. All the staff was great that were helping out. I met the administrator, Maria and the general manager, Raquel, who were both actively serving the residents and very engaged. My uncle and his friends seemed to be enjoying the day. My uncle has told me he loves living there.

Regular visits to see the care a family member was receiving. I observed and photographed evidence reflecting unacceptable situations. We have communicated with management and med technology. As of Oct 31, we have removed Mom and taken her to a fantastic facility for the same monies.

It's an older establishment but well kept. They have both independent & assisted living with assisted costing about $1k+ more. The administrator, Maria is very knowledgeable and very nice. They also have many support services for its residents, study as shuttle for Dr appointments and delivery for medications. Meals (from a menu) and snacks are included in their dining room. I'd say if you're looking in this area and it's in the budget, check it out, it's worth the time. Your family is worth it!

My elderly aunt has lived an independent life filled with travel and adventure. I am her only local family and I travel extensively for my work. So when it came time to find a residence that would aid my aunt when needed, while also allowing her to keep her sense of freedom; I knew it would not be an easy task. My search was extensive San Diego, Riverside and Orange counties with many phone calls and site visits. My hunt discovered most of the top rated facilities were clean, adequately staffed, with organized social events and support systems. I am fortunate to have discovered Vista Montana in Hemet. The staff at Vista Montana has maintained a level of attentiveness for over more than 5 years that shows they really do genuinely care about the residence. Whether in fully assisted or semi- assisted living, the residence’s care is tailored to their needs, while preserving their dignity. Once when my aunt was hospitalized a few of managers visited her in the hospital, insured she had the proper level of care until she was fully recovered and independent once again. Money cannot buy this. The relief of knowing my aunt is well looked after while I am hundreds of miles away. PRICELESS!
