BROOKDALE ROSEVILLE

I am very pleased that my sister-in-law is at Brookdale Roseville. From management to care givers to nurses they are wonderful to my sister-in-law. They care about everyone there. When I go in to see my family member I watch all of them working there and they are so good to there residents and they are very friendly and cheerful.

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Brookdale Roseville. The staff really got to know my mom and helped to make the transition as smooth as possible. The staff communicates with us and keeps us in the know about how my mom is doing. I feel so comfortable knowing she is in their care. My mom always has a smile on her face when I arrive. I cant say enough.

My mom has been living here for just over a year now. Brookdale has been such a relief for me with the care they have provided my mom over the year. The staff has been very supportive with my moms needs with her dementia in this chapter of her life. My mom has become more tech savvy as we have been doing video chatting with family members. Brookdale has provided activities and enjoy hearing new fun memories that my mom has taken part in with my visits. Staff always keeps me in the loop with any issues or concerns regarding my mom.

Brookdale Roseville is an incredible place. I know my mom gets a really good care here. The staff are helpful, and kind. My mom is always busy and this was my concern that she was not going to fit in. Brookdale was the best decision. Ana is so nice and helpful. My mom just adores her. Sherrie is always open to answering any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We moved our dad in to Brookdale Roseville. This place is nice and everyone is so helpful. Juan is very helpful. Ana is amazing. Keeps my dad busy and he has never seemed more happier than he has been at Brookdale. Ana is very good with my dad. She sends me pictures everyday so I don’t miss a moment with dad. Sherrie, the Executive Director was very helpful in getting my dad moved in so fast. She took her time in talking to us and guiding us in the right direction. She called the next day to provide us update on my dad. You can see the compassion in these staff members. They are very helpful and it shows they love what they do. All the staff seems to be very happy. I would recommend this place to other people because you know your loved ones will be happy here.
