Vista Springs Lakeside Gardens at Timber Ridge

This place has had such a wonderful and caring atmosphere. I was greeted with such kindness the minute I walked into the door. There are always activities going on in all different areas of the community to keep the residents busy and having fun! The food is exceptional and the dietary needs of my mother are always met. We were made to feel welcome and special and she loves being there. The staff is always attentive and compassionate. A great place to live!

My experience at Vista Springs Timber Ridge has been overall enthusiastic and favorable. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the welcoming atmosphere was evident. The entrance was bright and cheerful, decorated with artwork created by artists, which added a personal touch. The staff at Vista Springs truly stood out. Every member I encountered was friendly and attentive, showing genuine care for the residents. As a staff member myself, we engage with the residents, participating in activities, and providing assistance when needed. It is very heartwarming to see the strong relationships we built with the individuals in their care. The community itself is well-maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a home-like environment that encourages independence while also offering support if necessary. I am impressed by the variety of activities available to residents, from exercise classes to art sessions, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy. Mealtimes are also well-organized, with a diverse menu that caters to various dietary needs, and meals are both nutritious and flavorful for the residents. The dining area has a pleasant ambiance, allowing residents to socialize and enjoy their meals together. One aspect that impressed me was the focus on mental and emotional well-being. Our community recognizes the importance of mental health in overall care and provides support and resources for our members to flourish. Overall, Vista Springs Timber Ridge is a wonderful place for seniors to live and thrive. The combination of compassionate staff, engaging activities, and a supportive environment makes it a standout choice for anyone seeking care for their loved ones. Most of the care staff are great, the new DON is always smoking with the scheduler. They both smell like ashtrays and bring low class to the high class community. The culinary team and activities are great. The new wellness team is below par. They spend more time smoking and collecting their pay then they do caring about the residents and staff.

This place is beautiful. The staff is wonderful here. Special thanks to Erin, who was kind and helpful through everything. The area is peaceful and serene, a great place to live. I know my loved one is safe here and staff treats them as their own family. I highly recommend Vista Springs Timber Ridge.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this community and I have to say, it’s one of the most beautiful assisted living communities I’ve seen. The building is modern, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming or sterile. It’s warm, calming, and thoughtfully designed to be comfortable for seniors to call home. It reminds me of being on vacation in a nice hotel. I's also in a wonderful area, near a golf course and many other amenities. Jason and his team have done an incredible job creating an environment that feels like home. You can tell they truly care about the residents and are dedicated to providing the best care and experience possible. From the friendly staff to the inviting spaces, everything about it feels welcoming and well thought out. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one, I absolutely recommend stopping by to see it for yourself. It’s clear they’re putting in the work to make this a community where seniors can truly thrive.
