Every time you call, they transfer you to Shawntay, and she never responds, never returns calls, and never provides an update. It's extremely unprofessional, and it shows how poorly they communicate with applicants.

I never imagined living in a senior community could be as enjoyable as it is here at Vista West this last year. There are so many active and friendly residents. We have a great, friendly and helpful staff. The time goes fast with all the actives to choose from. We are truly enjoying life here at Vista West.

We recently moved my father into his new apartment at Vista West. We couldn’t be more happy with our choice! Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the staff to the other residents, has been so welcoming and helpful. I want to specifically thank Jackie Hill. She has always been so supportive and caring through this process. Answered every question we had(and there were a lot of them), always willing to help in any way she could. This is a wonderful community and I am so thankful that we found it.

My mom moved here shortly after my father died; they had been in an assisted living facility due to my father's needs. My mom did not yet need that level of care but I wanted a place that could provide it should that day come. Moving to Vista West is one of the best things that has happened for my mom in many years. The staff are wonderful, she has made many friends among residents, and loves the programming made available including Bible study, exercise, social hours, and other activities. I am so happy that we found Vista West for my mom.

Vista is a wonderful environment for my mom. The staff is very kind and the other residents are amazing! She is surrounded by people who encouraged her to participate and welcomed her with open arms. They have such a great variety of activities… my mom is involved all day. The facility is beautiful and my mother’s place is just right. We are lucky to have such a top rated senior community in Madison. Thank you Vista!
