VITALIA SENIOR RESIDENCES AT STRONGSVILLE

We have had such a great experience thanks to Hannah! This process has been stressful but she has been so insanely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process! Definitely check out this vitalia!

We had a family member in Vitalia Strongsville for about 5 months. The same person was also in 3 other care facilities in the area. Vitalia was night-and-day better than the others. Their aides and medical staff were responsive and kind, their administration responsive and helpful. They are clear about documenting costs, both medical and living space, ahead of time so there are no surprises. The food they offer is good, and guests can dine with residents for a small fee. The facility is modern and well cared for. If your loved one cannot be at home, Vitalia is the next best thing.

Before moving my in-laws to Vitalia they were at another assisted living in the area which did not compare to the care they have received at Vitalia Strongsville. The employees make it a point to make meaningful connections with the residents and you do not find that everywhere. My father in law was in memory care before he passed and he received great care. The nursing staff was great and always kept us in the loop. When his condition worsened they had their hospice team, Cypress right there to assist our family with end of life care. Vitalia plans fun, family friendly events through out the year for residents and their families. From trick or treating to Easter egg hunts and a Christmas tree lighting with a wonderful dinner and a market with local small businesses so residents can shop without leaving home. If you are looking to tour senior living communities, put this one on your list.

My aunt lived here for the past 8 years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for her. She always had something to do and people to spend time with, which meant the world to her (and to us). The staff was so kind and always made her feel at home. Jill, the Activity Coordinator, always made sure her social calendar was full. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was happy, had a diverse social life, and was surrounded by friends. We’re so grateful for the love and community they provided, and we would absolutely recommend Vitalia to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place for a loved one.
