I’m incredibly grateful for the compassionate care my mom has received at Vivid Life. From the moment she arrived, the staff has treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. Cindy and Dami are wonderful and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The entire home is beautiful and has such a warm, caring atmosphere, and it’s clear the caregivers truly care about the residents and their well-being. The communication has been a refreshing change from past experiences. They truly listen and keep me informed, which means so much. Because of the care she’s receiving, this is the longest my mom has stayed out of the hospital in the last five months -a huge milestone. Knowing she’s in such a safe and caring environment gives me real peace of mind. Thank you to everyone at Vivid Life for treating my mom like family. ❤️

I am so glad I was able to find a place I love that is close to my home! The staff is very nice, professional, and attentive. My husband has received great care and kindness. He loves the food! Esthetically, it is very nice and clean. Thank you for this great transition!

This place is a godsend! We were so lucky to find this assisted living facility for my mom in Richmond. The caregivers are very compassionate and Mary is a great cook! The grounds there are so peaceful and mom loves to go outside and enjoy the birds chirping and the wildflowers on the grounds. They are very good at accommodating mom’s needs-from diet to health issues. We’ve tried several other facilities but with Vivid Life, we know she is in good hands. This is so wonderful because we feel like she is well taken care of and we can enjoy our visits rather than having to fight fires all the time.

This place is excellent! Was looking for assisted living and memory care options for my clients. Kayla was amazing, the staff were welcoming, and the staff ratio was great. It felt like a resort and my clients loved it. Wait until you see the large windows and the swimming pool. I wanted to move in. Highly recommend.
