They raised my mom's "rent" twice in four months $1200. The facilities manager Kristi is rarely available for family or residents to talk with. They double charged my mom $2500 for a month and we are still trying to get that resolved. The "stored" items are now missing and my mom has been without her bathroom facilities for 24hrs. How are they still in business? If you love your family member, choose someplace else! UPDATE: Marshall Comfort Care took our concerns to heart and resolved all the issues. The stored items were found, her bathroom has been fixed and the double charges were refunded. I truly appreciate the actions that Kristi has taken.

After seeing how the building has operated for the last 2 years, I would recommend them 5/5 stars. They definitely strive to do the best for all the residents.

My mother has been at Comfort Care for about a year now. Over this time period I have had ample opportunity to witness care giver interactions with her. As well as being genuinely kind and helpful, I’ve noted that staff turnover is low. The same people I met when my mother first arrived are still there. This is in marked contrast to the facility my mother was at previously in that each time I visited (every couple of weeks), there always seemed to be someone new caring for her. In addition, I’ve found management at the facility to be honest and transparent, qualities I highly value.

After a negative experience at another assisted living facility, Marshall Comfort Care was an answer to our prayers!! The staff is knowledgeable, kind, prompt in meeting the needs of its residents. The management team is awesome, helpful and honest.

The staff are very kind and treat the Residents like their own family! The activities are fun and the Residents seem to truly enjoy living here! Very clean place, the food is great, an amazing community and everyone is very welcoming!
