I have had direct incident of an employee causing wanton, willful damage to property. With their companies official marked and labeled object used as a projectile to be thrown intentionally to cause damage or injury. This behavior was brought to the attention of facility director with legal documentation and WCSO investigator visiting the facility multiple times. The director refused to cooperate or terminate employment of the offender who was charged and has multiple pending level 2 misdemeanors, assault inflicting serious injury, no license and previous larceny from employer record. Shame on them. I'll be reaching out to wherever their cooperate offices are soon.

We had the pleasure of hosting a seasonal craft event for the residents at Waltonwood Lake Boone. The events staff were absolutely amazing. They kept everyone engaged and created such a fun, uplifting atmosphere. The residents were in great spirits and truly happy to be part of such a wonderful community. The executive and sales teams are equally impressive. It’s clear they put their hearts into everything they do to support both current and prospective residents. We can’t recommend Waltonwood Lake Boone highly enough to any family considering independent living, assisted living, or memory care for their loved ones.

If you’re an independent senior, or POA of an independent senior, in search of a warm, welcoming, beautiful and well managed community in the Triangle area, I highly recommend to you Waltonwood Lake Boone IL (WLB IL). As a frequent visitor, I can attest to the clean, safe and happy environment enjoyed by all who live there. The staff is always professional and courteous – and that goes a long way with me. And depending on what a resident desires – quiet time in the library or participation in one of the many and varied programs/activities - there’s something to offer everyone – and it’s refreshing to see the level of participation! One last note: If/when the time comes, Waltonwood’s AL and MC are available options on the same campus - a huge benefit to the IL residents/families. I hope this personal testimony speaks positively to any senior citizen considering WLB IL as their next home!

My experience has been wonderful. Everyone I have dealt with has been so accommodating and friendly to me. And very responsive to my needs in a timely manner too. I am a big fan already! Can’t wait to move in. Tatianna is carrying me through to move in. I already know I have a new friend in her!

In honor of my Grandfather who’s health is declining, my fiancé (now husband) & I decided to drive down from VA to Raleigh to have an intimate wedding ceremony for my Grandparents who are residents at Waltonwood. Awkwardly, I called Waltonwood to ask for permission to hold this very small & intimate ceremony at the resort to make it easier for my Grandparents/Gfather to attend. Not only did Waltonwood grant me permission, but Christina and her team went out of their way to make the ceremony beautiful & custom. The grounds had a fountain flowing with water & string lights across the pergola, they had a stand with microphone for our pastor, had their in-house pastry chef bake us a 3 tier wedding cake, they gave us three table tops with linens in royal blue (my colors) to hold all things wedding & a bottle of Prosecco to end the event. Between set up, pictures, videos, celebrating & then clean up, I was seriously blown away by their hospitality & genuine excitement to do this for my family. I am beyond grateful that, not only do I have them to thank for a lifelong memory I will cherish, but I know without a doubt that they cherish my Grandparents & don’t look at them as just a resident, but also family.
