We toured several assisted living communities in the area, and this was easily the best tour of the bunch—by a wide margin. From the moment we walked in, it felt different. The staff greeted us warmly without the high-pressure sales energy we experienced elsewhere. The sales person was knowledgeable, patient, and actually listened instead of rushing us through a script. They answered every question directly (including the awkward ones about staffing, care increases, and costs) and never made us feel like we were being sold. The community itself felt homelike rather than institutional. Common areas were clean and inviting, residents looked engaged and comfortable, and we saw staff interacting with people in a genuinely kind way—not just performing for visitors. The apartments and amenities were well-maintained, and the dining/activity spaces actually looked like places someone would want to spend time. Other tours left us with lingering doubts or a “this is fine, I guess” feeling. This one left us with real peace of mind. If you’re comparing options, start here. It stood out immediately.

I’ve had the opportunity to visit Westhill Newnan Crossing both personally and professionally, including visiting a friend’s family member and attending a networking event there. From the moment you walk through the front doors, the lobby has the feel of a beautiful four-star hotel. The community is extremely clean, which is so important in a senior living setting, and the staff has always been warm, welcoming, and professional. Josh Moore, who handles maintenance, and the executive director clearly put a great deal of care into keeping the property in top shape, and it shows. The grounds and common areas are always well maintained, and you can tell there is pride in the environment they create for residents and families. Their chef does an amazing job as well, and the food and presentation are always impressive. Westhill Newnan Crossing truly feels like a community that takes pride in both the care they provide and the environment they maintain.
