Watercrest Richmond Assisted Living and Memory Care

Watercrest Assisted Living is a wonderful facility. Stephanie is truly the best to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She makes the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. My wife's grandmother turned 95 this year and we were able to secure an event room at the Watercrest to host a party for her. The Community Relations director Stephanie worked closely with us on the logistics. She was so gracious and wonderful to work with. All of the staff was very courteous and pleasant and the seniors living there were very nice to us as well. I'd say look at Watercrest for your senior living needs or if you're maybe thinking about hosting an event there in the future. Thanks again Stephanie and the Watercrest team.

My mom currently lives in an Independent Living facility and she is VERY happy there. As she is getting older, she is struggling more and more. She has a very strong personality and hates change. So, trying to just get her to agree to visit an Assisted Living facility was a monumental task. I was prepared for my mom to find a problem with, and complain about, everything. I was also expecting her to to have an attitude problem as well. Instead, my mom was so pleased with Stephanie (the Community Relations Director) that she paid her multiple compliments during the visit. That was a miracle. Stephanie, thank you for making the visit a complete success!

I have been trying to get in touch with the facility as well as I have someone that wants to move into that facility but have yet to have a returned phone call or email. I filled out the form as my loved one wants to move in ASAP. Maybe we should look elsewhere. We know someone that is there and loves it but when you do not get any return email or phone call what do you do.

I've visited many memory care facilities for my mother. All it took was a few brief moments of visiting Watercrest and speaking with staff that I knew my search was over. In 5 minutes, I was sold, this is the place my mother gets expert care in beautiful surroundings. Perfect!! Christine especially was so kind and so positive in welcoming my mother and arranging her transition. She is an angel and am thankful my mother is in such great hands. Watercrest is the new standard in what assisted living for your loved ones should be. Thank God I found Watercrest for my mom.
