WATERFORD AT COLBY (THE)

Such an amazing facility with wonderful staff!

Was a beautiful day to enjoy during visit with our son. Very impressed with staff and facilities.

Was a great place in the beginning for my grandfather's life. Then it all went downhill. Staff was not very helpful. When my grandpa would push his "help button" it would take staff 15 minutes to arrive! Not ideal when someone needed help right away. Unfortunately, my grandpa passed and we never got any sympathy from the staff what so ever! Nothing! Just a horrible experience with his passing and his placement at the time. I do not recommend this place to anyone who needs assistance because you just won't get it 😕

My mother in law lives here. I feel at ease knowing she is receiving the care she needs. She is always happy and doing something fun with her friends. Her room is always clean . We are very thankful she is here.

My mom is getting excellent care here. There are many opportunities for activities also. The staff and residents are so kind and caring. I am grateful that Mom has this place to be at and the family does not have to be concerned or worried about her
