The facility is updated. Nikki was easy to work with and very professional. We did end up having a lot of issues in the memory care unit. My mom was ignored on 3-11 and 11-7 shifts. They fed her in her room so made a mess and not cleaned up. She was allowed to sleep on her sofa with her clothes on almost every night. We ultimately decided to move her to another facility.

Had a great time at The Waterford’s trunk or treat! Loved interacting with the staff and all the residents. What a beautiful facility!

My brother in law was a long time resident at the Waterford and he thoroughly enjoyed his time there. The caring staff and friendly residents. He especially enjoyed his " garden" where he could raise tomatoes and see them out his window

I took my daughter here for the Halloween Trunk or Treat in October. My daughter loved this so much, which I may have enjoyed it just as much or more. We got to walk through the decorated building and halls where everyone was handing out candy and snacks, the smiles and joy it brought to all the resident's was very heart warming to see. Everyone just loved all the little Goblins dressed up. We can not wait for next year's Truck or Treat!

My mother was recently at Magnolia Trails at The Waterford. She was in the late stages of a disease called PSP which includes some dementia. We needed to make a move because of some unforseen circumstances. From the first minute we met with the facility to her last breath 4 weeks later, we were treated with such dignity and respect. My mom had a lot of cares and was fragile but the caregivers treated her so gently. They were gracious to us as family. The facility itself is clean and well cared for. Their menu was appetizing and diverse. But the people set them above. There was not a single caregiver or employee, whether they were kitchen help, a cleaner, that didn't treat us with respect or help us when we needed it. In my mom's last hours, they were so caring. Thank you for walking with us through this time
