My dad gets great service and really likes it a lot. He feels very comfort there. I highly recommend it for anyone’s loved ones.

This facility takes excellent care of my mother. I am very happy with the personal attention my mother receives at Waterford.I have observed caring and compassionate caregivers who are always professional and friendly.

My 102 year old friend was there for 8 nights and it was a nightmare! They didn’t give her her meds as prescribed and left her alone all day. She was paying almost $7000 a month. I was there on a Sunday and left when it was time for dinner. For the price she was paying I was expecting they were going to have a nice pot roast or baked chicken dinner with all the trimmings. Imagine my shock when I saw they were serving a sad looking weenie on a plain bun with Fritos corn chips! No chili or cheese! And don’t get me started on the rude and unprofessional staff that they have there. Especially the supervisor! I’m so happy my dear friend was able to get out of there and go back to live in her home like she’d been doing before she ended up there due to circumstances beyond her control. Don’t be fooled, do your due diligence before putting your loved one in a facility like this!

Beware 🚨🚨🚨 and be wise. The owner denies being GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED and the quality of care IS NOT STATE-ACCREDITED. This place merely has a license to operate. Opinions and views expressed here are my own and not the views of my employer or professional affiliations; they reflect actual events. 1. my father fell in shower on the 2nd week residing at this place. Lucille had the audacity to try to justify this as “Oh, it’s going to happen.” Never provided the family a SOLUTION. Rather, blamed the fall on “these employees aren’t the best.” 2. my father was given WRONG MEDICATION and the owner/CEO was not aware of this. Family discovered the pills in TRASH CAN and again, had to bring it to owners attention. 3. this place spends money on extravagant fish ponds, DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE (e.g. text messages). Residents are merely a photo op. Residents rarely go outside because there are no staff available to push the wheelchairs regularly. In brief, ASK THE TOUGH questions, DON’T be fooled by the smoke and mirrors, and remind yourself YOUR LOVED ONE DESERVES THE BEST….this place, it’s owner, and administrative staff fail to deliver.

I take my wife there once a week for 10m-m12 hours. It is a fantastic place. She loves it and gets wonderful care. The staff are fantastic and caring. The facility offers a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this great place.
