WATERFORD PLACE

Have been searching for a place for my MIL for several weeks now and the tour of Waterford Place convinced us this was the place for Her. The tour showed us the entire facility which was very clean with a very friendly staff.

We were extremely please with the information and guidance that Zack provided in our initial visit. Zack provided a great tour of the facilities and gave us the confidence that we could be successful in finding a safe and comfortable living facility for our parents. We are looking forward to working with Zack in the future.

My Husband and I did not make an appointment to visit the Waterford Place Assisted Living. We just stopped by and ask if someone could show us around. We were very pleased in the community to see the cleanliness the size of rooms and the different area for assistant living, memory care along with independent living. We were happy to speak to some of the residents that were happy and talked to us about their day and activities. Thank you Zach for showing us around.

I visit Waterford Place often and I’m impressed each time I stop in. The employees are kind and dedicated to their residents. The atmosphere is warm and home like. Fiona, the health and wellness director’s dog, is calming and always brightens my day. I would definitely recommend this community for assisted living and memory care.

I have been touring assisted living/memory care communities for my dad and Waterford Place is by far my favorite!!! I have been there twice to tour and each time the place was SO clean and every employee and resident I met were smiling and happy to answer any questions I had! I was telling my family members when I was there I felt no sadness at all!!!! I hope my dad can move here one day as I think he would really enjoy it! The memory care side has 19 apartments I think which is perfect compared to other places I have toured! Josie was great to work with! Very professional! Answered any questions I had and was even willing to meet me later one night after work or on a Saturday if needed! I met some other staff members and they all love their jobs there and plan to never leave :) I would give 10 stars if I could!! Very happy with my tour(s) there! Beautiful community and so clean!!
