WATERMARK AT ALMADEN, THE

Just had lunch with my Dad who is a resident here, and Jacob was amazing! He was warm and attentive to Dad, knew him well and what he likes. Everyone at The Watermark is absolutely ace, and we are grateful for Dad to be in such a wonderful place.

I can’t say enough good things about The Watermark at Almaden and have the utmost confidence in their care of my FiL. From the moment i walked in, Bella made me feel genuinely welcomed. She’s kind, patient, and incredibly professional, and she handles everything with such calm confidence. Whether she’s helping residents, answering questions from families like mine, the action was seamless. The facilities are gorgeous and truly feel luxe. I really love all the activities they have to keep everyone social and active. If you’re considering this community, know that you’ll be greeted by someone who actually makes your day better. Bella especially is a real standout.

Bianca is the best server and employee that you have. She provided not only excellent service but genuine kindness. It was a pleasure to meet and interact with her in the dining room. She went out of her way to greet everyone. She also had the biggest smile on her face. Thank you for everything you do. Bravo Watermark!

Watermark at Almaden is home. The feel of living in a beautiful hotel, with wonderful residents and staff, activities, a full gym, physical therapy available on site and so much more. On- site meals in a restaurant designed for getting to know other residents. Today, I had guests visit and enjoy lunch. Bianca, our server, gave us her full attention and enthusiasm. My friends and I had plenty of time to socialize and enjoy our meals. Feeling welcome is valued for guests and residents. Adding special appreciation of the wonderful attention of the care staff, particularly Mary Alis, “Princess”, Aubrey, and Ronalie. They go the extra mile of treating each person as unique and important as they meet the varied needs which arise throughout each day. Your proactive approach helps prevent stress and difficulties from becoming a problem. Other carers also star in their ways.

We had a really nice holiday dinner with 20 family members at Watermark and it was really special. Marie and the staff were amazing and the food was really good! So happy our Mom, Grandma lives at Watermark!!
