I've worked closely with their team, especially Pam Leszczynski, their Community Liaison. Much of my work focuses on connecting seniors with trusted resources, promoting wellness, and building strong community partnerships. Her genuine dedication to both residents and the local community, and her hard work, makes a difference in the lives of the people she serves. I recently heard about Watermark from a colleague who toured the community and spoke highly of it, calling it top-tier for senior living. I decided to stop by myself since I have someone in mind who could benefit from this type of environment—and I was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and welcoming, with a beautiful coastal vibe that immediately puts you at ease. What really stood out to me was that the pricing was exactly what I expected—or even better in some cases—and the level of care they provide is spot on for what my friend needs right now. She's looking for short-term support while recovering, and not many communities offer that kind of flexibility. I’ll definitely be recommending Watermark—especially since it's conveniently close to where I live. It’s a gem.

We had the pleasure of visiting a dear friend who just recently relocated to the Watermark in Laguna Niguel. Finding a place to park was easy and we were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. They require check in and checkout to maintain the safety of their residents. The dining area was cozy and clean. The rooms were quiet and filled with personal belongings making it feel more like home. I am comforted that my friend is in a loving and caring community. I am looking forward to visiting again soon.

My Husband Andrew is 55 with Early onset Alzheimer’s, we made a decision to both moved to assisted living at Watermark Laguna Niguel on January 1/2024. Our goal was to both feel safe and to establish a relationship, before Andrew Alzheimer’s progress and he needs to moves to Memory care. I have to say living here has exceeded our expectations..We have a super cute apartment with an amazing view. The staff has supported us in our journey with Early on set Alzheimer’s caring, kind and very open to helping us get our needs met..They have set up a program for Andrew that involves golfing, Boxing and Doing flower arranging, and so much more. He loves it! The people we have met who are also living at Watermark are lovely ☺️ I feel that this is a very special place and the environment is so happy and everyone who lives here is well taken care of…Plus our dog was able to come with us ❤️ We looked at a lot of options before choosing Watermark and this hand down the number 1 choice for both of us..Laura

Meaning if you want a place you can trust to take real honest ongoing care for your dad mom family members or friends who need attention and real loving cared for services ongoing this is the place. Watermark is our extended family always attentive to our dad’s needs when we cannot be there for him. We’re so very happy we happened upon them -here at watermark.
