The moment you walk in, it smells fresh & clean. All of the staff is welcoming & always greets you. There's a calendar in each elevator with various events & goings on - always something fun to do!

As a contractor working along with Becky and Geoff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and got me where I needed to go to finish the install quickly and efficiently.

I am in the process of leaving Waters of Oak Creek. I have lived here for over 3 years and wanted this to be my forever home. I loved everything about it and leaving with missing many friends. I tried to involve myself with many things. Due to the large increase of rent twice in one year I have no choice but to leave. IRENE STRAND

Staff & residents are always helpful, happy, & kind. The lobby is always nicely decorated for the holiday/season & it smells fresh & deodorized. The residents apartments are spacious & nicely laid out with all the amenities needed.
